PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a circuit structure including a case having a good shape. SOLUTION: As the case to be mounted to the radiation member of the circuit structure having a power circuit connected to a circuit arranging surface formed at the radiation member, a case molded body 3 comprises a case main body having an opening part 32 for opening at least a part of the power circuit upward, and a shape maintaining part 38 which connects a plurality of places at the periphery of the opening part with each other so as to cross the opening part. The case body 3 is molded integrally with synthetic resin to suppress deterioration of the case due to a sink mark caused by the presence of the shape maintaining part 38. After molding, the large opening of the opening part 32 is secured by cutting off the shape maintaining part 38 after completing cooling of the molded body 3 according to necessity.
