PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loudspeaker unit and a loudspeaker system which do not give the feelings of distortion and instability about sound by isolating or damping the vibration of the loudspeaker unit and the loudspeaker device. SOLUTION: The loudspeaker 1 for a vehicle has a mounting flange 12 attached to a loudspeaker frame 13 through a connection part 11, and the connection part 11 damps the vibration of the loudspeaker.
