PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens shift mechanism hardly causing the complication of structure even in the case of shifting a projection lens unit up and down and right and left, and realizing the facilitation of shift operation. SOLUTION: The lens shift mechanism sifts the projection lens unit 5 attached to a lens holder 3 in a direction orthogonal to an optical axis. An acting pawl 41 has a plate shape long in a direction orthogonal to an adjusting direction, and a screw part 42a is screwed in a screw hole 41a formed on one side in the longitudinal direction of the plate shape. By rotating an adjusting dial 42 in a driving mechanism part 4A, the pawl 41 moves in a C-D direction and the lens holder 3 moves in the C-D direction by the movement of the pawl 41.
