PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a display device with attached LCF by which a video is seen in a state where a sheet is inclined by performing irradiation in a rectangular forward direction and in specified directions on the oblique forward sides of upper and lower parts without increasing the thickness or the like of the LCF, in the LCF attached to the display device, and by preventing the video from being imprinted to a windshield or the like in the LCF used for the display device mounted at the instrument panel part of a vehicle. SOLUTION: A reflection layer to reflect a light beam in the specified direction is formed on the upper surface of a translucent layer through which the light beam is transmitted and an absorbing layer to absorb the light beam is formed on the lower surface of the translucent layer.
