PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide waveform measuring equipment for computing the same points as the record length of an input channel without increasing memory capacity for storing a computing result and without spending much computing time for computation under certain conditions. SOLUTION: The waveform measuring equipment having a computing means for performing computing processing to waveform data stored in an acquisition memory comprises a means for determining the number of input channels used for computation, and a means for determining whether or not a designated computation contents monotonously change in an input waveform range. When the number of input channels used for the designated computation is one and the designated computation contents monotonously change in the input waveform range, computation is performed only for required data.
