PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aligning and supplying device capable of stably aligning and feeding round parts such as O-rings simplified structure and excellent in operability. SOLUTION: This device is constituted to feed the O-rings W in a bulk state into a case 2 via a tray 4 and to spring up and stir the O-rings W by a stirring blade 8 by rotating the case 2. The sprung-up O-rings W are mounted in a part mounting area 14 on a feed plate 3 and are led into a part feeding passage 15 by air injection from an air blow nozzle 21 for initial feeding, while passing the O-rings W through a gate 25. Simultaneously, the device injects air from an air blow nozzle 22 for traction, aligns and feeds the O-rings W by a tractive force, and supplies the O-rings W up to a terminal of the feed plate 3.
