PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail cleaning device capable of suppressing cutting of a cleaning body, even if cleaning liquid adhered to the cleaning body evaporates. SOLUTION: This device has the belt-shaped cleaning body, a cleaning body attaching means with the rotatably attached cleaning body, a cleaning body winding means for winding the cleaning body from the cleaning body attaching means, a cleaning body pressing means arranged between the cleaning body attaching means and the cleaning body winding means to press the cleaning body to a moving handrail of a conveyor, and a cleaning liquid tank for adhering the cleaning liquid to the cleaning body.
