PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a register for air conditioning which can suppress a whistling sound by a fin itself. SOLUTION: This register 1 for air conditioning is equipped with a cylindrical retainer 2 which partitions a ventilation flue 25 where air for air conditioning flows to the inside, a vertical fin 3 which is pivotally supported on the inside of the retainer 2 and can regulate the air direction of the air for air conditioning in the lateral direction, and a lateral fin 4 which is pivotally supported on the inside of the retainer 2 and can regulate the air direction of the air for air conditioning in the vertical direction. At least one of the vertical fin 3 and the lateral fin 4 is a control fin 3 which can control the rocking angle and the rocking speed. The rocking angle of the control fin 3 can be switched between an air direction regulating angle region A0 which regulates the air direction of the air-conditioning air, and a shutting out angle region A1 which is arranged on the wider angle side of the air direction regulating angle region A0 and shuts off the ventilation flue 25. The rocking speed of the control fin 3 in the shutting out angle region A1 is faster than the rocking speed of the control fin 3 in the air direction regulating angle region A0.
