There are provided an optical disc that can be made highly-reliable by suppressing the occurrence of drawback such as warp and an optical disc manufacturing method that can make it possible to manufacture a highly-reliable optical disc with excellent work efficiency. An optical disc 10 is composed of at least two substrates 11 and 15 bonded together with a tacky adhesive layer 14 formed of a film that results from curing an ultraviolet curable resin composition product by thermal crosslinking and ultraviolet crosslinking. Further, when this optical disc 10 is manufactured, the ultraviolet curable resin composition product containing the acrylic resin having the double bond at its side chain, the photopolymerization initiator and the thermal crosslinking agent is half-cured by thermal crosslinking, the thus half-cured ultraviolet curable resin composition product is attached to one substrate 11 and the other substrate 15 is bonded to one substrate 11. Thereafter, the ultraviolet curable resin composition component is cured by thermal crosslinking using irradiation of ultraviolet rays and thereby the tacky adhesive layer 14 for bonding one substrate 11 and the other substrate 15 is formed.
