<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a theft preventing device for a moving body with fine correspondency under various circumstances. <P>SOLUTION: The device has a starter control circuit 2 and a hydraulic control circuit 7 for controlling the actuation of a hydraulic shovel electrically, a position authentification means 20 capable of outputting an operation area matching signal, a password authentification means 30 capable of outputting a password matching signal, an ID collation authentification means 40 capable of outputting an ID code matching signal, and an unlocking means 10 outputting an unlocking signal for enabling the actuation of the shovel to the circuits 2, 7. The unlocking means 10 has a setting part comprising a setting device 19, a serial communication device 18 and a EEPROM 12, which can previously set respective set values equivalent to a plurality of matching signals output from a plurality of authentification means 20, 30, 40, and further has an unlocking signal outputting part comprising a CPU 16, a bus line 15, and a digital output unit 17, which outputs the signal when all of the matching signals are matched with respective set values. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
