<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the deterioration of the durability of a battery and the aggravation of the restarting characteristics of an idle stop vehicle by simply and accurately detecting the overdischarging state of the battery. <P>SOLUTION: A battery managing apparatus 32 outputs the inhibiting command of the idle stop to an idle stop controller 30 when a 36V battery 16 is judged to be the overdischarging state from the voltage value of the 36V battery 16. Further, the battery managing apparatus 32 performs a quick charging process for performing charging with a high voltage value higher by a predetermined value than a normal charging voltage value and suppresses the discharging state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
