<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower, a blowing mechanism, an air conditioner, and a manufacturing method for this blower, capable of facilitating connection of a fan rotor with a motor rotor while maintaining coaxial accuracy between a central shaft of the fan rotor and a central shaft of a motor rotor. <P>SOLUTION: This blower 8, serving as an air blower, comprises a motor stator 720, the motor rotor 721, and the fan rotor 71. The motor rotor 721 is radially disposed outward the motor stator 720. The motor rotor 721 rotates around a rotary axis A1 driven by the motor stator 720.
