<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture by which the non-blow working can be always carried out even in the method that a non-blow working bag has to be removed once, and sufficient shutting-off performance can be obtained in the first stage of the work for shutting off a branch hole of an original branch pipe line, and in the second stage of the work for shutting off the inside of a branch joint attached to the branch hole, respectively. <P>SOLUTION: The fixture 1 is composed of a base rod member 2 forming a central shaft, a cylindrical member 3 slidably mounted on the base rod member 2, an elastic sealing member 4 for sealing the branch hole A1 through expansion by compressive deformation, an inside abutting member 5 to be abutted against the inside surface of the original branch pipe line, and a spring member 6 for bringing the elastic sealing member 4 into pressure contact with the branch hole A1 through resilient force from the inside surface of the pipe. The elastic sealing member 4 is compressed by causing an upper push piece 11 provided at the lower end of the cylindrical member 3 to approach a lower push piece 12 fixed to the base rod member 2 through an operation from the outside of the pipe.
