<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical distribution conveyance system capable of improving conveyance efficiency and reflecting conditions of a conveyance route in a real time. <P>SOLUTION: This physical distribution conveyance system for conveying articles through the conveyance route includes a work allocating part, which receives at least one work instruction to compute a conveyance time of a conveying vehicle located on the conveyance route and creates work allocation information for allocating the work instruction to the conveying vehicle having a minimum conveyance time with respect to the work instruction, and a route searching part, which receives the work allocation information from the work allocation part, searches for an optimum route minimizing the conveyance time along the both directions of the conveyance route from a start position to a final position of the conveying vehicle carrying the allocated work instruction for creating route search information, and searches a real time route during travel of the conveying vehicle for updating the route search information.
