PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for photographing and editing photographs which can be operated with a maintenance of a low frequency, which can attain high effects by variations of illuminating light to a subject and also, which can attain natural illumination, and to enhance user's satisfaction and to enhance the maintenance work efficiency. SOLUTION: As for the method and device for photographing and editing by allowing a photographing processing of illuminating one or more subjects by an illuminating means in a photographing space, photographing the subject by a photographing means and forming a photographed image, allowing a user to perform an editing processing of editing the photographed image and/or an obtained image obtained by another obtaining means by an editing means, and then, forming an edited image, and outputting a prescribed image by an outputting means, the illuminating means is constituted of a light emitter for emitting irradiating light and a transmission planar body for transmitting some more incident light, and the device is provided with a contact state varying means for varying the contact state when the irradiation light is made incident on the transmission planar body as the incident light.
