PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter capable of being unlocked by an operator standing at an optional position in right and left directions by providing an opening/closing auxiliary member to a position in right and left directions regardless of a mounting position of a lock device. SOLUTION: The shutter is equipped with a shutter curtain 3 liftably along a shutter frame 1, a seat plate 4 is provided to the lowest section of the curtain 3, the lock device 5 is mounted over the plate 4 and a rail 11 of the shutter frame, an operating lever 6 is provided to the plate 4 vertically rotatably over the approximately overall length in the longitudinal direction and, at the same time, the opening/closing auxiliary member 7 (string 71) is provided to the operating lever 6 so as to unlock the lock device 5 when the operating lever 6 is rotated upward. In the case of such a shutter, since the operating lever 6 is rotated upward to enable the lock device 5 to unlock by operating the opening/closing auxiliary member 7 (pulling the string 71), the operator can unlock the device as the operator stands at the optional position in right and left directions by providing the opening/closing auxiliary member 7 (string 71) to an optional position in the longitudinal direction of the operating lever 6 regardless of the mounting position of the lock device 5.
