PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent malfunction caused by abrupt battery exhaustion by notifying a user of battery-backup operation time when the electricity is cut off. SOLUTION: When the user sets a crime-preventing sensor or the like to warning conditions with a communication means 11 and goes out, a residual amount computing part 17 computes a period of time in which operation can be run when the power supply is changed from a commercial power supply means 14 to a battery power supply means 15 when the power failure occurs, and notifies a display operation means 12 of the period of time. By this notification, the user can grasp the period of time required for the operation when the power failure occurs when the user goes out, and can prevent the defective conditions by replacing a new battery for an old one before the user goes out.
