LOUD SPEAKER AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve coupling strength of a frame and a plate in a speaker to be used for various acoustic apparatuses. SOLUTION: Protrusions 23 are formed on either of an upper plate 21 or a frame 22, and a hole 24 for fitting the protrusions is formed on the other. Irregularities 23a are formed on the outer periphery of the protrusions 23 in the inner and outer peripheral directions, and on the inner periphery of the hole 24, irregularities 24a fitted with the irregularities 23a of the protrusions 23 are formed.
