PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable preferential connection between users having high contact frequency in a network community. SOLUTION: In this network community system, users of a plurality of terminal devices connected to a network constitute the community wherein a message is exchanged via the network. In the network community system, by grasping the number of message exchange times between the users as the contact frequency in each the terminal device, a logical connection path network is dynamically controlled to execute the preferential connection between the users having the high contact frequency.
