PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an efficient large-volume data communication even in case of linking a plurality of servers. SOLUTION: This server linkage method using a disk as a communication path comprises the steps of evaluating the present use load ratio of a plurality of unit disks; determining a unit disk to be newly adapted in the communication path based on the evaluated present use load ratio; and performing a new server linkage by use of the adapted unit disk.
