A slider (7) with the negative or slide is displaced in the opposite direction to a lower roller (14) with photographic paper. An illumination device includes a fluorescent tube (1) with variable brightness. A semi-cylindrical lens is used to focus light. The focussed light is projected onto a plate (4) with a variable-width slit via a filter plate (3), if required.
