CARRIAGE DRIVE DEVICE IN WEFT KNITTING MACHINE

A weft knitting machine, wherein pivotally support parts and a swing operation part are provided on a drive lever having an end part connected to a carriage and the swing operation part is swingably operated so that the carriage is reciprocatingly slid on a needle bed to knit knitting fabric. The weft knitting machine comprises a position changing means formed so that the positions of the pivotally support parts can be changed by a drive system different from a drive system swingably operating the swing operation part.
