PURPOSE: A natural air inflow device for reduction of the air-conditioning energy of a building is provided to reduce electric energy and the air-conditioning energy by making outer natural air flow into the room and promoting an air-conditioning or ventilating effect. CONSTITUTION: A natural air inflow device of an outer window attachment type comprises a membrane holding rod(4) supported and fixed to a window frame(1); a body cover fixed to a window(2); a conical shaft inserted in the body cover and rotatably fixed; and a transverse membrane(5) having one end fixed to the membrane holding rod. The transverse membrane is wound on the conical shaft and is unwound from the conical shaft of the body cover when the window is opened.
