<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fish cooker decreasing a fishy smell as much as possible, eliminating troublesomeness in cooking and allowing particularly blue-skinned fish such as sardine, saurel and mackerel to be eaten together with bones. <P>SOLUTION: A box filled with a mass of salt and fishes is built in the inside (a hollow) of a cylindrical main body (1), closed, heated and compressed at high pressure.
