<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable sensor card for measuring the HDL component capable of easily measuring the HDL component in a blood by merely leading whole blood therein by a simple structure without requiring a preprocessing to remove blood corpuscles. <P>SOLUTION: This disposable sensor card comprises a substrate having an electrode with a measurement part with a reaction reagent to the cholesterol component in a blood and a terminal part connectable to a separate measuring device. The sensor card also comprises a flow passage passing over the measured portion of the electrode. A blood lead-in part is formed at the upstream end of the flow passage, and a suction opening is formed at the downstream end of the flow passage. At least a part of a distance between the blood lead-in part and the measured portion of the electrode in the flow passage is formed vertical to the substrate. A blood corpuscle advance/delay filter capable of holding non-HDL component precipitated by a non-HDL precipitant and a blood corpuscle removal filter capable of removing blood corpuscles are stackingly installed at the vertical portion of the flow passage.
