<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor of a nucleic acid by which the movement of a sample is easily controlled and a product in a sufficient amount can be obtained. <P>SOLUTION: A buffer for PCR is injected from a sample-introducing part 7, and air is extracted from a PCR reacting part 9 and a main passage 11. A DNA or the like of an amplification object is fed to the sample-introducing part 7. Electrodes 10a and 10d are energized by using the electrodes 10a and 10d as an anode and a cathode respectively to introduce the reactive component to the PCR reacting part 9, and the amplification reaction of the DNA at the PCR reacting part 9 is progressed by the control of the temperature by a heating and cooling unit. During the period, the energizing by using the electrode 10c as the anode and the electrode 10d as the cathode is continued. When the DNA amplification reaction is finished, the energizing by using the electrode 10b as the cathode and the electrode 10d as the anode is carried out to introduce the obtained PCR product to a sample-collecting part 8 and to collect the product. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
