<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical film having an excellent stain-proof property against oily components and a moderate hardness, and being stable over a prolonged period of time. <P>SOLUTION: The optical film with a stain-proof layer has the stain-proof layer formed using an organosilicon compound or organotitanium compound having alkyl groups and alkoxy groups as a top layer over a substrate film, wherein the amount of the alkoxy groups in the stain-proof layer is 5-30 mol% of the alkyl groups. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
