<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-chip microcomputer allowing the level of a reference current to be controlled in a write operation of a sense amplifier before a read failure happens. SOLUTION: The one-chip microcomputer contg. as a program memory a nonvolatile memory, allowing data to be electrically erased, written and read comprises a referencing nonvolatile memory group 40 having inferior characteristics, compared with a nonvolatile memory in a memory cell array, and, based on the referenced result of the referencing nonvolatile memory group 40, a control circuit 44 previously lowers a reference current in the read operation of a sense amplifier stored on a specified address area of the nonvolatile memory.</p> |
