<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency switch module for a quad band capable of satisfying a request for miniaturization and thinning and switching connection between a transmitting circuit and an antenna and connection between a receiving circuit and the antenna without incorporating a semiconductor switch element in a transmission circuit through which a transmission signal passes. <P>SOLUTION: The high frequency switch module for a quad band comprises at least two transmitting circuit terminals, at least two transmission lines for transmission the one ends of which are respectively connected to the antenna and the other ends of which are connected to the related transmission circuit terminals, and at least two semiconductor switching circuits the one terminals of which are respectively connected to the related transmission lines for transmission and the other terminals of which are grounded, wherein each semiconductor switching circuit alternatively transmits a transmission signal to the antenna from the related transmitting circuit terminal through the related transmission line for transmission. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
