<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telescopic boom of a crane truck allowing a telescopic boom provided with a multi-cylinder telescopic mechanism and a telescopic boom provided with a one-cylinder telescopic mechanism to be easily replaced each other. <P>SOLUTION: This telescopic boom 70 is provided with the one-cylinder telescopic mechanism. In relation to the base boom 71, a storage space 77 is formed at the inside of a base end of the base boom 71 when reducing intermediate booms 72 and 73 to 76 to the maximum.
