<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to be exactly analysed even traveling data recorded by erroneous traveling mode switching or the like in the case of analysis by providing a traveling distance change arithmetic means for operating the value of a change at every fixed time interval in a traveling distance. SOLUTION: A vehicle traveling data recorder 100 measures and records vehicle traveling condition data including the data of the traveling distance at every fixed time interval. A vehicle traveling record analyzer 200 is arranged at a business office or the like, reads the data of the traveling distance at every fixed time interval out of a data recording means 102 and operates the value of the change in the traveling distance at every fixed time interval. When the change in the traveling distance at every fixed time interval is a value smaller than a predetermined value, it is automatically discriminated the vehicle stops traveling at that time.
