PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that throughput higher than necessary is required at a software signal processing section when reception signal processing in a different communication system is performed in parallel, and power consumption and manufacturing costs are increased in an integrated radio receiver performing the reception processing regarding a plurality of radio communication systems by changing software. SOLUTION: The presence or absence of an ETC signal is detected by a subprocessing program for executing simple signal processing (S102 and S114) and a main processing program is read for execution when main reception processing is required (S104 and S116).
