PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device which has relatively small cost and less trouble of manufacture, facilitates focus adjustment, and has high precision, and also to provide a mobile terminal equipped with the imaging device. SOLUTION: The device is equipped with a moving stop member 21 which is provided with a magnetic metal part 21b and constituted movably as a stop part 2 and a fixed stop member 22 which is fixed at a specified position and when a rotary member 6 equipped with a magnet 5 is rotated around an optical axis, a magnetic attracting force is generated between the magnet 5 and a magnetic metal part 21b to associate the moving stop member 21 with the rotary member 6, thereby switching the aperture area of the stop part 2.
