PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat developable photosensitive material excellent in image preservability and improved particularly in image reflection under bright light after heat development. SOLUTION: The heat developable photosensitive material comprises a photosensitive silver halide, a non-photosensitive organic silver salt, a reducing agent and a binder on the same surface of a support, and when the heat developable photosensitive material is heat-developed at≥100°C and irradiated in an environment at 40°C and 70% RH, a fog difference between irradiation at an illuminance of 1,000 lux for 24 hours and irradiation at an illuminance of 10 lux for 24 hours is≤0.1.
