PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secure automatic cooker which saves labor during cooking and removes risky working that a user raises a frying pan to make it tilt. SOLUTION: The machine comprises a main body casing 7, a frying pan 17 which is almost horizontally fixed to the main body casing 7, a heating element 18 which heats the bottom of the frying pan 17, a drain valve 25 which is provided in a part of the frying pan 17, a drain pipe 21 which communicates with the drain valve 25, a drain valve driving means 14 which activates the drain valve 25, a pan lid 28 which opens/closes the top of the frying pan 17, and an electric control member 9 which controls a current supply timing to the heating element 18 of the frying pan 17.
