PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll baler which can receive and return dropped materials during a harvest work and on the rolling-out of a baled product to prevent problems such as the dropping of grains and branches during the formation of the baled product and on the release of the baled product, the scattering of the grains and branches on a field after the harvest work to lower the efficiency of the baling work and obstruct a tilling work, and the like. SOLUTION: In the stem culm-recovering apparatus with a cutter whose cutting blades can be rotated, a roll baler apparatus A is divided into a fixed box 5 and an opened box 3, and a funnel chamber 8 having a screw conveyer 7 is disposed below the opened box 3. A dropping passage 15 is made to communicate with a baler chamber 1, thereby receiving dropped materials from the baler chamber 1 and on the rolling-out of the baled product. The cutter is disposed above the screw conveyer 7, and the blade-receiving side of the cutter is disposed in the funnel chamber 8. The rotary blade side of the cutter is disposed in the opened box 3.
