Elevator equipment allowing the floor space of a machine room to be reduced, wherein a control panel is disposed so as to be rotatably supported on a horizontal shaft arranged with the upper surface thereof positioned in proximity to the ceiling of the machine room, and formed so that the control panel can be moved between a storage position where the control panel is positioned along the ceiling of the machine room and a maintenance and inspection position where the control panel is suspended from the ceiling of the machine room by a rotating mechanism, whereby an installation space and a maintenance and inspection space for equipment in the machine room can be efficiently utilized to reduce the floor space of the machine room. |
