PURPOSE: A biosensor having improved sample introduction ability and containing a multiporous thin film with a function of chromatography is provided, thereby giving convenience in its use, and correctly measuring the amount of the sample injected. CONSTITUTION: The multiporous thin film containing biosensor contains an additional sample introducing means, to improve sample introduction ability. The biosensor comprises (a) a lower board(10); (b) a J character-formed operating electrode-connecting wire(11'), a supplementary electrode-connecting wire(12'), an operating electrode(11) containing sensing materials on a standard electrode-connecting wire(13'), and a standard electrode(13); (c) the multiporous thin film(16) having electron transfer vehicles and enzymes or fixing electrode materials and an adhesive agent(17); (d) an upper board(10') having a hole(18) and a supplementary electrode on a Y character-formed electrode-connecting wire(20); and (e) a cover fixing an additional upper board(10") containing the sample introducing means(14) with open both ends with the adhesive agent(17).
