摘要 A mechanical synchronized time-based flow controller includes at least one reservoir (1a, 1b); at least one inlet valve (13); at least one outlet valve (3); and a control unit controlling opening/closing cycle rates of the inlet valve and the outlet valve and/or mass/volume of a fluid stored and discharged at the reservoir (1a, 1b) per unit opening/closing cycle of the inlet valve and the outlet valve, to control a mass/volume flow rate of the outflow fluid from the reservoir. The inlet valve and the outlet valve is provided at a constant rate with such a amount of a driving force that a periodic time of the opening/closing cycle of the inlet valve (13) equals a periodic time of the opening/closing cycle of the outlet valve (3), and the inlet-open period of the inlet valve and the outlet-open period of the outlet valve come separately from each other such that the inlet valve is opened when the outlet valve is in a closed state and the outlet valve is opened when the inlet valve is in a closed state.
