PURPOSE: A hair dyeing agent composition containing micro ceramide, dyes, base materials, a hair protecting agent, an alkaline agent, chelator, a pH controller, an antioxidant and a solvent is provided which is excellent in dyeing affinity for hair, dye fastness and hair conditioning effect. CONSTITUTION: The hair dyeing agent composition contains 0.01 to 1.00 parts by weight of micro ceramide having a diameter of 0.2 to 0.5μm, 0.01 to 5.00 parts by weight of dyes, 17.00 to 30.00 parts by weight of base materials, 5.00 to 10.00 parts by weight of a hair protecting agent, an alkaline agent, chelator, a pH controller, an antioxidant and a solvent, based on the total weight of the composition. The micro ceramide is prepared by the steps of: (1) preparing a mixed solution of lecithin, purified water and alcohol; (2) preparing a mixed solution of ceramide, cholesterol, dibutylhydroxytoluene and tocopherol; and (3) mixing the mixed solution (1) and (2).
