PURPOSE: To provide a device for manufacturing charcoal forms in which various shaped lumber artifacts are manufactured into charcoal by a heating method while preserving the original form of the lumber artifacts in such a way that efficacy and strength of charcoal are maintained. CONSTITUTION: In a device for manufacturing charcoal forms, the device comprising a temperature controller (117) and a heating mechanism (112) installed at one side of a body (110) so that moldings supplied into the body are dried by a set heat source, and a cover (120) installed on an upper part of the body and fixed to screw shafts (115) by nuts (116), the device further comprises molding supports (130) which are formed in a space formed inside refractory wall (113) of the body, and at the upper side of which the screw shafts are installed; a guide stand which is installed in the space formed inside the refractory wall, and to which the molding supports for keeping moldings (300) are connected; and carbon and silicon (140) supplied to a bottom part of the refractory wall on which the molding supports are installed so that the moldings are formed into charcoal forms whose volume is 20 to 25% deceased compared with the moldings. |
