PURPOSE: A weeder for an excavator is provided to effectively execute weeding work while automatically maintaining the weeder in close contact with the ground by selectively mounting the weeder to the excavator via a link rod freely rotating. CONSTITUTION: In a weeder(1) for an excavator(2), a weeder clamp is connected to an arm cylinder(5) and a bucket cylinder(7) of the excavator, and a rotating shaft is combined to the lower end of the weeder clamp. A pair of link rods is connected to an upper link bracket installed to the lower end of the rotating shaft. A turning shaft is fitted to a turning shaft boss attached to a lower link bracket of the lower end of the link rod. The weeder is combined to the tip of the turning shaft. The weeder for the excavator comprises a locking unit and a vertical turning unit. In the locking unit, a pair of fixing holders each having a slant face is attached to the lower part correspondently to an upper rotating plate installed to the outer peripheral surface of the rotating shaft, and a locking rod selectively fitted to a fixing hole of a rotation control plate through the upper rotating plate is elastically supported to the inside of the fixing holder. The locking rod is connected to a locking member by a rotating rod. A transfer holder having a slant face coming in contact with the slant face of the fixing holder is integrally installed to the outside of the lower part of the rotating rod. In the vertical turning unit, turning support plates with a guide groove are integrally attached to the ends of the turning shaft boss. The vertical turning unit includes a turning plate integrally attached to one end and the outside of the turning shaft in close contact with the turning support plate. A guide member guided to the guide groove is installed to the lower part of the turning plate. |
