An assembly (10) conditions process air and/or renders air fit for release as effluent from a process. The assembly comprises a horizontal housing (12) containing a series of aggregate units. The housing is a cylindrical unit. The housing has a double wall assembled from a series of cylinder sections placed end to end and lined by fixtures and pneumatic seals to the neighboring section. The aggregate air conditioning units are rail-mounted.
