Pair of skis for practising gliding, especially an alpine ski

The ski has subsets of upper and lower reinforcements surrounding centers. A slender structure has a median portion (16) located towards longitudinal direction and lateral portions (14-15) located on either side of the median portion, on a part of portions juxtaposed. The lateral and median portions are asymmetrical in relation to a plane perpendicular to a running surface of skiing and passing through the direction. An independent claim is also included for a sky pair with two skis for practice of skiing.
