Implant body having a coating of multi block copolymer and polylysine

An implant with a form-stable polyglycolic acid-based carrier is coated with a multiblock copolymer layer which is coated in turn with a polylysine layer. An implant with a form-stable polyglycolic acid-based carrier is coated with a multiblock copolymer layer which is coated in turn with a polylysine layer, where the carrier material is a glycolic acid polymer optionally admixed with a further biodegradable polymer; and the multiblock copolymer has >=2 chemically different blocks obtained by linear polycondensation of an alpha ,omega -dihydroxypolyester (I) with a diisocyanate, (I) being obtained by transesterification of poly-(R)- 3-hydroxybutyric acid (and/or its copolymers with 3- hydroxyvaleric acid) with ethyleneglycol, and the linear polycondensation involving either a further alpha ,omega -dihydroxypolyester or an alpha ,omega -dihydroxypolyether comprising alpha ,omega -dihydroxypoly(oxytetramethylene), alpha ,omega - dihydroxypoly(oxyethylene) or copolymers of ethyleneglycol and propyleneglycol An independent claim is also included for production of the implant by coating the carrier first with the multiblock copolymer and then with the polylysine, applying and cell colonizing a connective tissue layer on the polylysine layer and then applying and cell colonizing an endothelial layer on the connective tissue layer.
