The system has two stiffeners formed by two angle profiles (9, 10) that are fixed in a frame (3) and a profiled sheet (5), which is connected with upstream and downstream end portions of a frame assembly (1). The frame assembly and a cap assembly (2) are linked together. A cover (16) is attached to a rotating mechanism. A parallelogram mechanism is mounted on a frame body (19), which is fixed at a top part of the frame. A retaining element releases the parallelogram mechanism. The cover covers passages (4, 6). The frame is mounted on a window of the profiled sheet.
