PURPOSE: An apparatus for determining a driving waveform, an electro-optical device and electronic equipment are provided to precisely determine the driving waveform of a liquid droplet exhausting apparatus. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for determining a driving waveform includes an analysis section(154) for memorizing an optimum weight, exhaust speed and driving waveform of a liquid droplet and a weight viscosity measurement section(150) for measuring weight of the liquid droplet exhausted from an exhaust head(110) connected to a driving control unit(120). The analysis section(154) measures the exhaust speed of the liquid droplet by using a CCD camera(152a) and a strobe(152b). When the driving waveform is adjusted and memorized by means of the analysis section(154).
