PURPOSE: An exercise equipment for male genital organs and a device for regulating pressure thereof are provided to make automatic operation of air pump possible according to the condition set by a user. CONSTITUTION: The exercise equipment for male genital organs includes; a body(100) having a vacuum tube(110); a suction tube(200) connected with the vacuum tube(110); and a pressure regulator(300) regulating the pressure inside the vacuum tube(110) by moving an air thereto or therefrom with aid of the suction tube(200); wherein the pressure regulator(300) comprises a control for setting operation conditions and an air pump automatically sucking the air from the vacuum tube(110) with aid of the suction tube(200) and regulating the pressure thereinside(110) according to the operation conditions set by the control.
