The invention relates to a method of changing an antenna pattern in a radio apparatus and a radio apparatus comprising a planar antenna structure with a first (102) and a second (104) plane. In the solution both planes (102, 104) are arranged to act as a radiator plane and as a ground plane and the apparatus comprises means (114,116) for interchanging the usages of the planes.
