PURPOSE: A probe, a probe assembly and its fabrication method thereof are provided to fabricate the probe easily with low cost by reducing the weight of the probe attaching a plurality of probe tips to a port electrode of a panel by a film. CONSTITUTION: The probe has projected tips(190a,190b) on both ends of the probe and has a fixing hole so that a center hole of a body is symmetrical. The probe has a work hole in the fixing hole symmetrical to the center hole. The probe also has a guide projection on a bottom side of the center hole. A probe fixing unit is installed in the center hole and the fixing hole to fix a plurality of probes. A film(200) has a plurality of gap control grooves corresponding to the probes. And a probe block(300) supports the probe fixing unit and has a cover(300a).
